Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, promotions, and periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

• Free U.S. Shipping: Orders of $175 or more

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside NUNYE’s control may affect delivery.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an address error, contact nunyevision.com immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to NUNYE because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs before the order can be resent.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

NUNYE is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier.

If an order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, contact nunyevision.com with your order number and relevant photographs so we can assist with a carrier claim.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

NUNYE currently ships within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
